With this connector, every file you bring in from Box becomes a tamper-proof, tokenized, and AI-readable digital asset — permanently recorded in your Arc Box vault with full lineage and version trails.

What the Box.com Connector Does

Most enterprise document storage relies on shared folder structures: accessible, but fragile. Files can be overwritten, moved, or deleted with no audit trail. Compliance officers and auditors are left reconciling document versions manually, with no cryptographic basis to establish what existed when.

The Box.com Connector is different. When your admin authorizes the connection from the Account Settings panel, Archivista reads your Box environment through OAuth — no credentials stored, no data duplicated in a third-party system. Selected files are ingested through Engine3, the tokenization layer that transforms your organization's documents into permanent, intelligent digital assets. From that point forward, each file is an ARC Container: cryptographically sealed, on the blockchain, and AI-readable by Vista AI.

Every inference Vista AI draws from an ingested Box document traces back to a specific ARC record, with a cryptographic chain you can present in court or to a regulator. No data leaves your perimeter.

The Box.com Connector is available today for Enterprise tier subscribers on Arc Box Platform. Navigate to your Enterprise Admin Console, select Connectors & Uploads, and choose Box.com. Complete the OAuth authorization flow — this takes under 5 minutes. Once connected, select the folders or files you want to tokenize and initiate ingestion.
